I'm Mike Adair — an AI strategy consultant based in New York, working with established businesses ready to figure out what's possible.

Before consulting, I spent years in data and analytics at BNP Paribas on the IG Credit sales team — building systems, analyzing markets, and learning how large organizations actually make decisions. That experience taught me something: the gap between what technology can do and what businesses actually use it for is enormous.

Now I work with companies — mostly SMBs in the 10-200 employee range — who know AI matters but don't know where to start. Not with vendor pitches or pre-built solutions, but with a structured diagnosis of where AI genuinely fits their operations, their people, and their goals.

I believe the businesses that figure this out now — not perfectly, but practically — will have a significant advantage in 3-5 years. The ones that wait for it to become obvious will be playing catch-up.
